Quaff Fine Wine Merchant
Quaff was founded in 2005 by Toby Peirce, who as a professional cricketer in his early adulthood, spent winters playing in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Here he caught the wine bug while drinking an intemperate amount in the company of various winemakers’ cricketing sons. We don’t have a regional speciality,  or try to be overtly organic or biodynamic. Our aim is that regardless of style, region, colour or price, we are offering you the best bottle available. Each wine should be an archetype of that style; typical of the region, the vintage and showing the talents of the producer.  The majority of our work, however, is done by listening carefully to the customer, and making a recommendation that suits them. This is as vital as selecting the wines in the first place.
